Building at Portasol
Lots at Portasol range in size from 10,000 m2 (2.5 acres) to 43,000 m2 (10.6 acres) at an elevation between 90 meters (300 ft) and 700 meters (2,300 ft) above sea level. Prices vary depending on features and size. All lots are ready to build and have basic services (water, electricity, fiber optic connection) to the property line
Portasol is committed to environmental development principles. Only 15% of the total space of each lot can be used for construction, including the house, landscaped gardens, pools, and outbuildings.
Well-maintained gravel roads with drainage throughout the development allow you to get around easily in a 4X4 vehicle. Property owners can access Portasol’s beautiful nature and green spaces, rivers and streams, waterfalls, hiking trails, communal parks, and a private biological reserve.
